Call for Abstracts
Working Group for Women (WGW) is pleased to announce call for abstracts for Oral presentations on the following themes:

• Domestic Violence
• Sexual and Reproductive Rights
• Challanges/issues Confronting Women in Emergencies

Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be submitted to wgw@aku.edu or anita.allana@aku.edu latest by June 25, 2010.

Submission Guidelines
Abstracts are invited from academicians, social workers, authors, poets, health professionals, NGO’s, women activists, and all those working on mentioned themes

Abstract, not exceeding 300 words, must include :

- Objectives of the study
- Strategies / methods used
- Results / lessons learnt / progress report
- Statement of conclusions, including policy implications.

Abstract Review Committee will inform the presenters about the acceptance of abstract for presentation by July 25, 2010.

Presentations will be 10-15 minutes, including the question and answer session. However, the exact time allocation will be informed after the selection of the abstracts.
