BEE

Two new BEE partners have purchased 30% of Ctrack Fleet Management SA in 2006. Ctrack Fleet Management employs over 350 people in nine branches throughout South Africa and has more than 100 fully equipped mobile service vehicles, which constitute the bulk of Ctrack’s South African operations. The two partners are Amabubesi Investments, which holds 17.45%, and Western Breeze, which holds 12.4% of Ctrack Fleet Management SA (Pty) Ltd.
